As a Career and Leadership Coach based in Finland, I work with individuals and organisations both in-person and remotely. With extensive international career development expertise and leadership coaching experience, I help professionals, leaders and expat partners gain clarity, build confidence, collaborate effectively and perform at their best.
Having worked across multiple countries and roles - from diversity consulting in Australia, managing international assignments in London, to supporting international students in the UK - I understand the challenges of international careers, relocations and cross-cultural teams.
In 2021, I founded ievolution coaching to provide tailored support that helps clients gain the clarity, motivation and confidence to do their best work. I love what I do, and have coached hundreds of professionals to achieve their professional and personal goals.
