What if I miss a session?
If you’re unable to attend a session, that’s completely understandable — work and personal commitments can sometimes get in the way.
While sessions are not recorded or repeated, you’re welcome to share any reflections or topics in advance. If you do miss a session, you can check in with the coach or other participants to hear what was covered and reconnect with the group.
To help you get the most out of the programme, regular attendance is encouraged, as each session builds on the last.
How confidential is the group?
Confidentiality is a core part of the programme. Participants are expected to treat what is shared in the group with respect and discretion.
At the start of the programme, we will agree clear guidelines to support a safe and trusting environment, including maintaining the confidentiality of personal experiences shared by others.
You are always encouraged to share at a level that feels comfortable for you.
Confidentiality is also included in the Programme Terms & Conditions, which participants are asked to agree to when they sign up. A shared commitment to trust and respect is essential to the way the programme is run.
